i have a MT4/MTA4 pocket bike and just got it i live in apartments, i was wondering if there aloud to be ridden in apartments, or on the sidewalk with a motorcycle helmet, the bike goes 60mph i live in KENT WASHINGTON so i was just wondering if i was aloud to.Is it aloud to ride pocket bikes in washington like on sidewalks or on street or in apartments?
No. Pocket bikes arent allowed anywhere on public streets or sidewalks. They are only allowed for offroad use only. Apartments and sidewalks are not offroad, they are public property....
