How many times do we have to tell people that pocket bikes are not legal any where period!They are toys and made of the cheapest materials available.All of Canada and most States have passed laws specifically banning their use on all public lands,streets, sidewalks,walking trails,bridal paths,and trails designated for motorcycle use.I really wish the government would step in and ban their sale.

Are 110cc Super pocket bikes street legal?Depends on local laws. In the state of Arizona, they are illegal on streets, and are meant for off-road only. I would imagine that would apply to just about every other state. If you are looking to buy, ask the retailer the local laws regarding the use of pocket bike on surface streets. If all else fails, a local motorcycle shop has the answer.
In the state of Colorado, for anything over 50cc to be street legal it has to have the following requirements: Head light, tail light, brake light, turn signals, a horn, and it has to be plated with insurance. I do not know any state where they are road legal.
In my state, they are specifically NOT road legal and cannot be made so.

Pocket bikes arent street legal anywhere. They can only be ridden on private property, and offroad use only.
No they are not. too little unreliable plus you will get made fun of more so you should rather get a motorcycel or a moped here is a great cheap motorcycle
