All that site is really saying is that the bike is exempt from EPA emissions regulations. It is not saying it is street legal in all states, though it is trying to make you think it is. I would think twice about purchasing a product from a company with such a deceptive ad. I also do NOT think this bike is street legal in California, since it does not appear to have lighted plates, head lamps, turning signals, rear lights, reflectors or a mirror.
