And
" 265:123-b Disclosure to Purchaser. 鈥?Every seller of pocket bikes shall provide a written disclosure to buyers at the time of purchase that advises buyers that their existing insurance policies may not provide coverage for these devices and that they should contact their insurance agent or company to determine if coverage is provided. Such disclosure shall also advise buyers that the devices are not legal for operation upon public ways. "

I could ride one in my yard, but the big toys would do that too.Can you ride mini pocket bikes around in your neighborhood?
only if they're registered and you have a valid driver's license. if the bike is over 50cc, you need a motorcycle license. considering that pocket bikes don't have headlights, tail-lights, and a decent exhaust system, I'd say you're screwed.
No, pocket bikes are illegal on the road, sidewalk, bike path and private property.
Only legal on your parent's driveway.
You can go on your state's DMV website and confirm.

You can only ride on private property with the permission of the owner. It's illegal to ride a pocket bike on the street or on the sidewalk.
