What is the difference between the GP RS-R and the GP MTX pocket bikes and the GP MX3?

i was told that the RS-R would not fit stage 1 exhaust kit for 47cc pocket bikes seen here:

The GP-RSR is completely different from the GP-MX3 that is why the stage 1 exchaust for the GP-RSR won't fit the GP-MX3 and vice versa, but the GP-MX3 is identical to the GP-MTX so parts are interchangeable.
