Legally? Only on your own property. They can not be licensed for use on public roads, and you would need the permission of the landowner to use a pocket bike on private property (i.e. mall parking lots).

P.S. Don't worry about Robert. He gets like that when he's off his medication.Where can i ride pocket bikes?
Pocket bikes are only legal on private property with owner's consent.

For example here is the law concerning pocket bikes in California.

Pocket Bike: Prohibited Use

21720. A pocket bike shall not be operated on a sidewalk, roadway, or any other part of a highway, or on a bikeway, bicycle path or trail, equestrian trail, hiking or recreational trail, or on public lands open to off-highway motor vehicle use.

Added Sec. 3, Ch. 323, Stats. 2005. Effective January 1, 2006.

As you see, private property is the only legal place to ride one of these motorized toys. All states have legal language restricting the use of pocket bikes to private property. Save your money for a real motorcycle when you are of legal driving/riding age.Where can i ride pocket bikes?
