Pocket bikes?

do you need a motercycle licance to ride a pocket bike.Pocket bikes?
pocket bikes arent forebided to ride without license however is is illegal to ride on public streets, i have a 49cc pocket bike that will go 35mph, illegal on streets cause its so slow and small, so u r gonna want a 110cc size engine capibal of 60mph and is alot bigger but still concidered a pocket bike.. thats capabal on the streets w/ registration and license, so itll be legal w/ it registered. go to www.minipocketrockets.com and youll see the category of bikes on the left, go to zx1 extreme or x-18 nitro (3rd and 4rth bike from the bottom of list) and you can get them registered, no sure about the mini harelys though, the r3 receptor is also a good pocket bike, also street legal w/ registration, u can call that site up and ask any additional questions or add me to yahoo! messanger if u have any additional questions!!!! horizontal_kev is my yahoo mess. name. or sign up for my pocket bike forum, www.allbikes.forumup.comPocket bikes?
As far as I know they are illegal just like a mini bike in most states
