They are not legal for use on public streets or sidewalks ANYWHERE! They are strictly meant for a closed parking lot, driveway or some other off-road controlled environment.Are pocket bikes legal im maine?

Those pocket bikes are not legal in any state that I know of. There should be a label on the gas tank that states "for off road use only". Most of them are too small to be made street legal due to headlight height requirements, etc..
They are toys and can not be made road legal.
