are pocket bikes legal in the state of maryland you do need to register and tag these vehicles right?? even though they only go 35 MPH.. i was looking for a moped but the prices are ridiculous just to get one under $1,000 plus the shipping and handlig liftt gate fees and not to mention getiing the thing assembled and prepped just to have it ready to drive.. gas prices i gues are making people greedy

No... there is a minimum height requirement. Cars won't be able to see you. If you get one and ride it on the streets, be sure to list me as your beneficiary on your life insurance policy ....you鈥檒l be dead soon.
