Lee's Summit may not have a whole lot to say about this, if you want to ride one on the road.
Before vehicles can be legally operated in public, they must meet federal safety requirements. Most of these pocket bikes are not legally equipped, nor do they meet the federal safety standards.Are pocket bikes still outlawed in Lee's Summit Missouri?
Still outlawed.......too dangerous.
