i want to buy a pocket bike, but i am not sure where i can ride it. Am i allowed to just go out on the street and ride it? Also is it easy to ride, do i need experience, and can you please give me some links to where i can buy some, and learn about them. Also what type should i buy?I need some info on pocket bikes?
First of all, you do not need a license.
Second, you can ride it anywhere on your property. Riding on public roads, highways, sidewalks, etc. is illegal. There is probably a place near you where you can ride.
Third, they are very easy to ride.
Fourth, you do not need any experience, except riding a normal bike :D

Pocket bikes are not legal on public roads, sidewalks, bike paths, and public property and parking lots.
As to what type to to purchase, I would recommend none. Please save your money for a real motorcycle.
As to any age restriction, there is none. Since pocket bikes are not legal on the road, no license is required.I need some info on pocket bikes?
