I want a small motorcycle and what are good motorcycles that go 15mph under $199?



I don't need a license to drive a 15mph motorcycle right? Will I need a helmet only to drive that type of motorcycle?What are good pocket bikes under $199?
There is not such thing as a good pocket bike. These are merely cheaply motorized toys that you can't ride anywhere.

You don't need a license because pocket bikes are not street legal.

They are not legal on the street, bike path, bike lane, alley, and public property such as parking lots. Only legal on private property. Which for many means riding on their parent's driveway.

If you want to travel 15 mph, use the money to buy a multi speed bicycle.What are good pocket bikes under $199?
Don't waste your money: Pocket bikes are illegal everywhere except in your own back yard and driveway. They are toys, not transportation. And a $200 one is going to break down in short order, anyway.
