as stated above, you cannot ride a pocket bike on any type of public roads.
These things are a complete waste of money. It is amazing how many on Yahoo Answers have these expensive toys.
Pocket bikes will never be legal for street use.
By the way, the police are not in the habit of shooting someone for riding a pocket bike on the street. Unless the rider pulls out a gun when the police pull him over.

Could not have said it better myself Russian CBR-if you are caught on ANY street that the public uses, your toy can be confescated, and you can be arrested and fined.
Your driveway is legal, your friends driveway is legal. A private lot or yard is legal with the owners permission. city owned playgrounds, school yards and such however are not legal.
