Yes! It is a vehicle. You do not have a license, nor does it. You can only ride the bike on private land. Not on the side of public roads, not on streets, not to get to private land... no form of transportation. It is solely for private recreation use on private land.

Not legal in the UK either, get caught and apart from a conviction which would make your future driving career start years later than it would otherwise the bike will also be seized. Someone told you wrong. If it has a gas engine, it's not legal on the sidewalk. At 14, you would be limited to riding it on private property only.

its illegal to ride on sidewalks. you can only ride it on private streets and property
