MY SKI-DOO SHUT OfF AND WONT START HELP?

i have a 1994 ski-doo formula z. ANyways i was on the lake and it suddenly just shut off. I then tried to pull it and i couldn't, i thought it was seized at first but after a while it loosened up and i can now pull it, but it is harder than usual and still wont start. Any ideas what this could be? something to check? Let me know, thanksMY SKI-DOO SHUT OfF AND WONT START HELP?
If there are cracks on the bottom of the hull, water could have seeped in and flooded the motor.
