well, I guess if you're REALLY obsessed with Hello Kitty and don't care what other people think, go for it! But if you think you may tire of it quickly or feel ashamed, then you may want to rethink this.

its cute, but i think u could find a much better hello kitty phone for that price. what u should do is find a phone that u really like. features wise. like, the touch and slide top. all that stuff. then u can get it customized. color and desktop and settings. it will be exactly the way u want it, plus it will most likely be cheaper. the phone is really cute, but the qualitl of the buttons, like the # keys, do not have good quality.

i think its really pretty tho.

Ok, so first of all, on the technology end...you have to be careful because, while it has all of the extra bells and whistles that we want in a cell phone it doesn't look like it works on the 850 frequency. In the US, cell phone service runs on 850 and 1900....now, this isn't one of those things where you can say "Oh well, I will just run on the 1900." Often times, when talking and traveling you are switching back and forth between 850 and 1900 without even knowing it...this allows you to mainatin a phone conversation as well as make phone calls from INDOORS! This latter tidbit is something that comes from personal experience. Most write-ups won't tell you that it is difficult to connect from the center of a building on a single band phone or a tri-band phone that only has 1900, but from a girl that has tried the world phones (tri and quadband) time and time again I will tell you, it is the biggest headache! I now have a dual band that works much (100x's) better.



As far as the phone cosmetically, I don't think fun outweighs functionality. You will quickly come to hate the phone if it drops calls or you can't get service....so I suggest either finding a hello kitty phone that has the appropriate frequencies or perhaps purchasing a pink phone with the appropriate frequencies and some neat hello kitty accessories--that way you can personalize the phone and have one that is totally unique and totally you!

It's a cool phone but not worth it all it is: a slider phone with a hellokitty cover its not worth all that money just get a customized blackberry it has everything the hk phone has but with a mp3 player internet etc. and better.!! but that phone is not worth it.
