Try a junk pile, but Tillotston carbs and the similar diaphragm type carbs are not ideal. You'll be having to replace the diaphragm often, and when the fuel mixture goes lean as it's stops supplying enough fuel, you'll destroy your motor (bearing will go dry and you could melt your piston(s)).
You're best off upgrading to a Mikuni carb (slide type and float bowl) and use an external fuel pump. Far more reliable for old sleds.
