How can i get new spells? (skyrim)?

I'm not exactly a beginner in the game seeing as i have full legendary dragonscale armor improved at like 184 of smithing skill (through enchanted items and blacksmiths elixir), the mace of molag bal (a unique daedric mace) at level 31 and having explored a large portion of the game visiting all main cities apart from riften (which is a whole area i have not yet explored) off of that



The question is since level 1 all merchants i have looked at sell only a set of novice-apprentice level spell tomes... just the same set, conjure flame atronach, bound axe, raise zombie, reanimate dead flames, ice spike, sparks, lesser ward, and so on.



now as i have reached level 31, still they are selling no new spells, and since i'm mostly just using conjuration combined with my normal combat skills, casting summon flame atronach every 2 minutes, i'm beginning to wonder why theres no new spells to go around as i've grown quite bored of those i've already purchased, but i occasionally (extremely rarely) find other spell tomes lying around in the wilderness or in dungeons or chests.



so, how do i get better spells, i'm tired of apprentice level spells. and seeing as my other character is going to be a pure mage this will prove to be quite troublesome for him if it keeps up.How can i get new spells? (skyrim)?
Level up your spells by using them at the appropriate time for the spells. If its destruction spells then it must be used during combat and dealing damage to skill up. Other spell types like some Illusion spells can be used outside of combat while your magicka regens more quickly and it will skill up faster. Go to the College of Winterhold and speak to the appropriate mages. There is a woman at the college that you can ask about learning new spells. She can tell you the names of the mages that sell books for each spell type. I think having 30 in any given spell type will allow you to purchase apprentice level spells of that type from the appropriate mage. I know for a fact that i could not learn master level spells til i had over 90 in the specific spell type. Hope this helpsHow can i get new spells? (skyrim)?
In order to learn spells you must die at least 50 times. After dying 50 times you press all the buttons on the remote at the same time. You will hear a quiet ringing noise and that is the signal to die 50 more times (if you die before the ring you have to start all over). Then you will hit y (or O on ps3) and you get every spell. it is a glitch.How can i get new spells? (skyrim)?

Also, the wizards for the Jarl in each city sell spells.
